Carville: "Biggest Problem" In America Is Too Many Unemployed People
"Right now, currently, the biggest problem we have is we've had too much, too many people unemployed for too long a period of time. And this is a human tragedy of the first order, you know, that we need to be looking at very closely to see what, if anything, we can do about this," Democratic strategist James Carville said on "The O'Reilly Factor" on Tuesday.
