Boehner: Obama Trying To "Slow-Walk" To Fiscal Cliff
In a speech on the House floor today, House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) called on the White House to stop slow-walking a solution to the fiscal cliff and put forth a balanced plan with serious spending cuts that can pass both houses of Congress.
"Washington has a spending. Let's be honest, we're broke," Boehner said on the House floor.
"Where are the president’s spending cuts? The longer the White House slow-walks this process, the closer our economy gets to the cliff," Boehner also said.
