Freudian Slip? John McCain Calls John Kerry "Mr. Secretary"
Sen. John McCain (R-Ari.) jokingly calls Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass), "Mr. Secretary" at a news conference on a disabilities treaty.
It was a clear reference to the recent talk that Kerry is a top candidate to replace Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton.
