Sen. Conrad: Rice Critics Are "Embittered" By Obama's Win
Sen. Kent Conrad (D-ND) says U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice has been "caught in the crossfire … in a completely unfair way.
"I think it’s people who are embittered by the re-election of the president," Conrad added.
