Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV), on Thursday told a reporter to ask House Speaker John Boehner, (R-OH) why both Democrats and Republicans say the ball for "fiscal cliff" solutions is in the other side's court. "I don't understand his brain," Reid said.
Reporter: Despite what you've all said at the podium today, Speaker Boehner made very clear today in his press conference that he thinks the ball is in your court and the President’s court. He says that Democrats have got to get serious about cuts. Spending cuts. Where is the disconnect?
Reid: I don’t understand his brain, so you should ask him. Okay?
