EZRA KLEIN: And one that I think that Buffett makes a very good case, and I think history makes a very good case, and I think that the tax research is very clear here would not really change your incentives to invest very much. I mean, the difference between you paying 15% and 30%, or 35%, on an investment opportunity is not -- and this is the most important point -- is not the difference of you making a profit and not making a profit. It is the difference of you making a 70% profit and you making an 85% profit.
A lot of people still want to make a 75% profit.
