Bowles: One-Third Chance That Congress Will Make Fiscal Cliff Deal
Erskine Bowles, former co-chair of the National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform, explains that he is "really worried" a deal will not be met between Democrats and Republicans in Washington in time to avoid going over the "fiscal cliff," a number of tax increases and budget cuts set to kick in at the beginning of 2013.
