Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) on the Senate's inaction on the fiscal cliff, which he blames onSen. Harry Reid (D-NV): "It is very difficult... the way Harry Reid is manipulating the rules for us to get anything up to a vote. He has abused the power of the majority in the Senate to a degree [that has] never ever been done before. He is undermining the whole historic role of the Senate, which should be where these great issues of finance and debt should be the number one issue before the American people. It should be voted on in the Senate regularly, debated and discussed."
