JUAN WILLIAMS: Well, the question is overkill. I mean, literally. Killing people -- the numbers are pretty stunning. 130 plus Palestinians dead. I think it's five Israelis dead at this moment. The question is then how do you negotiate a deal and what we see on the table is Israel saying you have to stop the rocket fire, which is a totally reasonable request, but also saying we have to address the smuggling of the weapons so this can't happen in the future. And on the Palestinian side saying you know what? We have to open up the trade corridors especially the sea ports once again and so far Israel has not agreed to this.
