Wisconsin goes from toss-up to Lean Obama.
Trippi predicts Obama will win with 303 electoral votes while Romney collects a total of 235. Trippi gives Obama every swing state except North Carolina and Florida.
Rove predicts Romney will win with 285 electoral votes and Obama will lose with a total of 253 votes. Rove gave Romney Ohio, Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, Colorado, Iowa and New Hampshire.
