Amb. Susan Rice: US Has Not "Ruled Out" Arming Libyan Rebels
"We have not made that decision, but we have not certainly ruled that out," US Ambassador to the UN Susan Rice said on ABC's "Good Morning America" about supporting and arming the rebel forces in Libya.
ABC's George Stephanopolous questioned Rice numerous times if the U.S. will support and give weapons to the Libyan rebels. After several attempts, Rice made it clear the administration has not ruled out assisting them.
