WH: Middle East Not About "Specific Leaders Or Regimes"
White House press secretary Jay Carney is asked why President Obama is "reluctant" to say the name Gaddafi.
"The overlying principle here is that it's not about individual leaders, it's not about the United States deciding who should or should not lead the country, that's for the people of the country to decide. In many ways that is why this unrest has been about, either specific leaders or regimes or the way that the governments have treated the peoples," Carney said.
