Ryan To Geithner: "How Can You Say You're Not Adding To The Debt?"
Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) asks Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner how the President can claim his budget is not adding to the debt when their own statistics show that it will.
"I'm just making a point on math and economics," Geithner retorted.
